Our Vision statement is: ManageStaff, Inc. is a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) providing over two decades of Human Resource knowledge and expertise to a variety of industries, large and small. Neil: We are getting ready for the release of our new software which will revolutionize our offerings to our clients and will allow for many more upgrades to what we currently offer online.
TCC: What is your background and how did you come to be in this business?
Neil: I spent eight years in the U.S. Navy on the USS Constellation CV-64 with pulling two tours overseas. When I was released from active duty, I continued 2 years in the reserve. After, I moved to Silicon Valley to work in the new and upcoming Semiconductor industry. Moving into the Equipment installation and maintenance side of the industry, I worked for Varian, Hughes Aircraft, Rockwell and lastly at Motorola here in Mesa, AZ. When I was released from Motorola in 2003, I accepted a position as an Account Representative at Managestaff, and I am now working as Sr. Business Development.
TCC: What are your special interests?
Neil: I would consider myself an amateur chef. Being an only child living in Michigan, I spent many of my childhood snow days learning to cook with my mom. Now, I am the chef of the house and feed my kids and grandkids on a regular basis. Smoking meats and creating recipes with my Instapot are my love for today. Feel free to check out my Pinterest page for recipes I have created or collected! I also enjoy Bowling, Motorcycle riding (Touring Bikes) and watching movies.
